AI text humanizer

Make AI drafts read like a person wrote them

Paste a draft. Humanizer rewrites the stiff parts - the stacked adjectives, the hedging, the same-length sentences - and keeps your meaning, your facts and your point of view exactly where they were. Every run comes back with a fresh AI-likelihood estimate.

Humanize a draft right here

Four modes, five strength levels and a detection estimate on every run. The console on this page runs locally in your browser, so you can see how a rewrite reads before you open an account.

Features

Built for the parts of a draft people actually notice

Humanizer is not a thesaurus with a shuffle button. It reads the whole passage, finds the patterns that make writing sound machine-made, and rebuilds those passages in your voice.

Rewrites what detectors react to

Sentence length, hedging, stacked adjectives, transition cliches and passive constructions are the parts most often flagged. Humanizer targets those first and leaves your argument alone.

"pivotal role" -> "does most of the work"

AI-likelihood estimate on every run

Each rewrite returns a before-and-after estimate, so you can see whether the draft actually improved or needs a second pass in a different mode.

before 96% -> after 8%

Four modes, one voice

More human for blogs and landing pages, Standard for internal docs, Academic for papers and theses, Casual for email and chat. The mode changes the rhythm, not the meaning.

mode: academic - uses your terminology

Write in the language you think in

The engine reads and rewrites 29 languages, and can keep your terminology in place when something is better left untranslated.

en, zh, es, de, ja, pt, fr, ko ...

Your draft stays yours

Texts are processed for the run and are not published or resold, and you can delete a run from your account at any time. Every plan keeps the same privacy rules.

no training on your drafts

Batch a whole folder

Pro and Unlimited run paragraphs in batches, so a week of newsletters, product notes or summaries keeps one consistent voice instead of six different ones.

batch: 12 drafts -> one voice
How it works

Four steps from machine-made to natural

The rewrite is a review step, not an autopilot. You stay the author: Humanizer proposes the phrasing and shows its reasoning in the run log so you can accept or send it back.

Paste the draft

Drop in text from any assistant, or start from one of the built-in samples if you want to see the engine work first.

Choose a mode

Pick the register the text has to live in. Academic keeps terminology, casual keeps it short, more human rebuilds the rhythm.

Set the strength

Strength 1-2 fixes only the flagged phrases, 3 keeps your structure, 4-5 rewrites sentence by sentence when a passage is very stiff.

Review and keep

Compare the estimate, edit anything you want, then copy the rewrite or send another draft. Subscribers can batch a whole folder.

Comparison

What changes, and what a word swapter misses

Detectors are trained on the fingerprints of generated text, not on specific words. That is why paraphrasing alone rarely moves the score and structural rewriting usually does.

Signals that get a draft flagged

  • Uniform sentence length with almost no variation
  • Hedging openers such as "it is important to note"
  • Three or more adjectives stacked on one noun
  • Passive voice where an actor obviously exists
  • Transition cliches: furthermore, moreover, in conclusion

What Humanizer does about it

  • Sentence length is redistributed across the paragraph
  • Openers are replaced with the actual claim
  • Claims are stated once, in the concrete form
  • Active voice is restored wherever the actor matters
  • Transitions follow the argument, not a template

Use cases

Where a human rewrite changes the result

Anywhere a reader decides in the first two sentences whether the text was worth their time.

Marketing pages and blog posts

Landing copy and SEO posts written with an assistant still have to sound like the brand. Rewrite the stiff drafts, keep the keywords and the claims.

Students and researchers

Academic mode keeps terminology and citations untouched while removing the uniform, machine-made rhythm from literature reviews and abstracts.

Internal reports and updates

Status notes and summaries are read by people in a hurry. Plain, varied sentences survive a skim; stacked adjectives do not.

Help centres and docs

Draft support answers in a batch, then keep every article in one voice so readers recognise the same product everywhere.

Email and social replies

Casual mode turns a formal, over-apologetic reply into something you would actually send, without losing the points you had to make.

Editors reviewing drafts

Use the estimate and the run log as a second pair of eyes: the engine points at the exact sentences that gave the draft away.

Questions

Answers before you paste a draft

How do I start rewriting my own drafts?

Pick Pro or Unlimited on the pricing page and pay through Stripe. The plan starts as soon as checkout completes, and the console on the home page opens for your first run straight after that. You can also use the demo console above before you buy, since it runs entirely in your browser.

Does humanizing change what my text says?

The engine rewrites phrasing and structure, not facts. In academic mode terminology and citations are held constant; in every mode you can compare the original and the rewrite side by side before you keep it.

Will every draft pass an AI detector?

No tool can promise that, including this one, and detector scores move as the detectors change. What Humanizer gives you is a rewrite that reads naturally to a person, plus an estimate of how the text looks to a detector before you publish it.

Which languages are supported?

The engine reads and rewrites 29 languages, including English, Chinese, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, Japanese and Korean. Mixed-language drafts are handled paragraph by paragraph.

Who owns the rewritten text?

You do. You keep the rights to your drafts and to the rewrites produced from them, and commercial use is included in both plans.

Can I cancel whenever I want?

Yes. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe and can be cancelled from your account at any time; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.

Send your stiffest draft through it

Paste one paragraph, choose a mode, and compare the estimate before and after. If the rewrite is not better than what you started with, you have lost nothing but a click.
